Mercanet is a secure multi-channel e-commerce payment solution that complies with the PCI DSS standard. It allows you to accept and manage payment transactions by taking into account business rules related to your activity (payment on despatch, deferred payment, recurring payment, payment in instalments, etc.).

The purpose of this document is to explain the usage of the Mercanet Téléchargement interface.

To access the Mercanet Téléchargement interface, you must first log in to the Merchant Extranet portal via the following URL: https://acces-merchant.mercanet.bnpparibas.net/portal/home

If you have a user with access to multiple webshops, the "Download" tab used for accessing Mercanet Téléchargement is greyed out.

To activate the tab, you need to select a webshop. Please click on the following icon:

Select the webshop you want to manage the keys of then click on OK.

If your key is compromised, you must:

• Request a new key clicking on "create a new key". A message is sent to the hotline who will generate a new key.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Once the new key created, install the new key on production.
• Decommission the old key clicking on the icon in front of the this key.
